Terms and Conditions

A £100 deposit is taken at the time of booking to confirm booking for your wedding date. Paying this deposit is your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
Your wedding date is confirmed only once I have received your booking deposit by bank transfer.
Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation with the details of your booking
A contact number is required at the time of booking along with an email address.
The booking deposit is nonrefundable for any reason (this includes acts of God, fi re, pandemic, illness, strike and/or extreme weather)
unless the agency cancels the booking due to the artist no longer being available.
If your wedding is postponed the deposit can move across to 1 new date with no extra charges if the date is within 12 months if I am available. If I am not available I will assist in finding you an alternative artist(s) but the total price for this may be higher. The deposit however is not refundable.
If your bridal party size and ceremony time require a second make-up artist prices may differ er and a travel cost may also be incurred.
All further payments after the booking deposit (at your bridal trial or before the wedding) are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the wedding date,
If the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks before the date full payment is required.
The balance is to be strictly paid by bank transfer no later than three months before the wedding date. Cash and payment on the day is not an acceptable form of payment. Non-payment may result in a cancelled service.
I reserve the right to insist on a minimum bridal booking party size during the busy months and on Saturdays.
Once the deposit has been paid, If you would like to reduce the size of your bridal party size within 6 months of your wedding date full payment will still be required.
The cost of the artist’s travel is covered by the bride
Parking costs are chargeable to the client
Travel is calculated at the quote stage and will differ depending on the distance from my address.
If travel is more than 2 hours from my home address for your
wedding accommodation may be required. This can be discussed.
If you are booking a destination wedding, the travel costs may fluctuate. However, I always keep travel costs as low as I can and will inform you of any changes.
In the very unlikely circumstance that I become ill or sick on your wedding day rest assured I will (always) be there however I will do my very best to provide an alternative make-up artist (if available) or offer a full refund.
The trial is normally 1-4 months before the wedding date and is at my salon at 37 Villiers Street, Britton Ferry, SA11 2DZ
During busy periods it might not always be possible for me to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly on Saturdays. I will be able to advise you of availability.
If you would like to have your trial at your home then travel is charged by the artist at the artist travel rate.
If you were not happy at trial with your makeup and choose not to go forward with your booking you will be offered a second trial at a reduced cost. If you choose to cancel completely deposit is non-refundable and if the date is within 8 weeks balance will still be required.
It is the make-up receiver’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities. All brushes and products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
Any skin condition or allergy should be reported to me before application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Client(s) and anyone receiving makeup services in the wedding party agrees to release the beauty artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by myself on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
lash application is included in the price of the makeup service. There is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.
The packages include a trial for the bride only. However, trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost.
At the end of your makeup being completed on your wedding day, I will check you are completely happy. If you’re not we will change anything (within reason) required. No money is refundable after the wedding date.
I strongly recommend you have wedding insurance (and travel insurance if your wedding is abroad)
